Signature Release and Delivery Attempts
- We have a signature-release waiver with FedEx so packages can be left if the location is safe. If the driver determines the location isn’t secure (e.g., inaccessible apartment or busy street), the package may be held at a terminal.
Tip: If delivery could be tricky, consider shipping to a work address or a nearby friend/relative.
Important: It’s the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the recipient that a perishable shipment is on the way.
Address Changes
- Change requests for an order must be made prior to 48 hours from the shipping date. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.
- If an address needs to be changed it can add a delay of 24-48 hours delay. Please note, address changes are not guaranteed.
