Returns and Exchanges 

  • Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In most cases we will replace, reship, or refund as appropriate once we confirm the issue.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Stolen Items

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or was stolen; please complete the following within 7 days of delivery so we can better assist you:
    • Match the contents against the packing slip or confirmation email, retain the packaging materials, and take pictures.
