- Shipping products are gluten‑free except the Cheesy Potato Bake.
- Shipping products are MSG free except our All-Purpose Rub.
- All products arrive fully cooked. Prior to shipping, meats are vacuum-sealed then flash-frozen and sides get sealed into sturdy plastic containers that are then frozen.
- Orders are packaged into Styrofoam insulated coolers with gel packs or dry ice. Be careful if handling any leftover dry ice.
- It is okay if items arrive thawed, as long as they are still cool to the touch then they are safe to eat or refreeze. If items arrive warm, please notify the customer care team via the Contact Us page or by calling us at 877-419-7427.
